"Lacie" (レイシー, Reishī) is a song from Jun Mochizuki's Pandora Hearts. It was composed by Glen Baskerville, whose best friend Jack Vessalius incorporated a music box version in a pocket watch he made. The song was named after Lacie, a companion of Jack and Glen's whose true character is shrouded in mystery and was somehow connected to the Tragedy of Sablier. As the story spins forth, the song goes on to represent Lacie's legacy and presence.
Hearing "Lacie" play through the wind is what leads Oz Vessalius to finding Lacie's Tomb and the pocket watch placed atop it. Thus it always acts as a guiding force which points to the correct direction in order to move forward. It less so pulls the protagonists towards something, and rather is more akin to connecting them to the destination they will always inevitably reach.
