Plot[]
Beast of Gévaudan Arc[]
Travelling to Gévaudan when the Chasseurs received word that the Beast of Gévaudan had reared its head again, Marco and Astolfo were to kill any Vampires they came across in the region in an attempt to cover up the true nature of the events concerning the Beast one-hundred years prior.
Marco accompanies Astolfo Granatum to Gévaudan, however they get separated as Astolfo goes out by himself. Eventually Marco finds Astolfo warming himself up in a cave and wonders if he is okay. Marco comments that he begged him to refrain from acting on his own, which is why they got separated. Astolfo then stands up and leaves, making Marco wonder where he is going and Astolfo reminds him they came here for a reason and are heading towards the witch's castle.
Reaching the castle, Astolfo finds Vanitas and Noé, and prepares to fight Noé. Soon they hear noises and given the energy reads, Marco explains the device must have been activated, causing Astolfo to abandon the fight and run towards the castle. Marco reluctantly helps to strengthen Astolfo to battle Noé Archiviste once more, and while Astolfo puts up a good fight, he overdoes it, and Astolfo has to be rescued by Roland Fortis yet again.
