Pandora Academy is a series of recurring omake from Jun Mochizuki's Pandora Hearts.
Premise[]
The Pandora Academy omake series is a fake video game series parodying the dating sim genre of video games. The Pandora Hearts characters are taken and placed into the setting of a stereotypical Japanese high school, being given the roles reflective of common tropes seen in Japanese high school-centric anime and video games. The game is mockingly marketed to release on the "PSB" and is centered around a stats system of "S (sadism)" and "M (masochism)" that ties into a storyline of multiple branches and routes. Though primarily depicted as a dating simulator video game, occasionally Pandora Academy is treated as a standard and straightforward reimagining of Pandora Hearts in the setting of a Japanese high school. There are four installments; the first introducing the setting, characters, and primary game mechanic; the second being a continuation of the first introducing more characters and an expanded game mechanic; the third being a mock mobile game that acts as a prequel to the first two installments; and the fourth and final one, a celebratory, mournful, and nostalgic reflection on the memories made at Pandora Academy that signals the series coming to an end.
