Bonus Story[]
~Amelia and Noé~
After Amelia begins working at Hôtel Chouchou. As Vanitas and Noé both look on, Amelia happily shows off her new work uniform as a Hôtel maid and playfully asks if the outfit suits her. Noé without warning leans in close to Amelia to her shock and examines her closely. He then gives a polite smile and agrees that her dress suits her very well. Amelia is left red in the face and Vanitas and Dante point to Noé and call him a shameless flirt. At another time, Noé curiously asks Amelia about the taste of his blood, as there weren't many chances for a Vampire to taste their own blood and he couldn't help wanting to know. Amelia blushes as she stares down an oblivious Noé, unable to turn him down. Face turning even redder Amelia hesitantly describes the sensation and taste of his blood when she drank it, eventually settling on calling it "delicious." At her limit, Amelia buries her burning face in her hands as Vanitas and Dante pop up once more to call Noé a "sexual harrasser." A small note from the Teacher states that blood tastes increasingly better the more infatuated a Vampire is with someone.
~Room of Two~
Vanitas and Noé arrive at Hôtel Chouchou where they would from then on be residing together throughout their stay in Paris. While Vanitas mutters about the distance from the Galerie Valentine, Noé marvels at how pretty it is. They arrive at their room on the top floor and Vanitas grumbles about how cold the temperature must be, while Noé marvels at how quaint it is. Noé leaps onto one of the beds, excitedly patting it and insisting that he will take it for being close to the window. Vanitas does not care. Noé, continuing to jump from his enthusiasm, marvels at the view from the window. Vanitas tries to warn him but—Noé bangs his head on the ceiling. There's a moment where he reels from the pain, then he bursts out laughing with his eyes shining even brighter after hitting his head. Vanitas asks why that makes him so happy as well. Afterwards Noé recalls that he's only ever lived in a large castle so such a small room with low ceilings is new to him. Vanitas dryly mutters about how rude he can be without even realizing.
~On the way home after the fight with Jeanne~
Vanitas and Noé are walking down the streets of Paris on their way back to Hôtel Chouchou. Noé asks Vanitas why he kissed Jeanne out of nowhere just then. Vanitas answers that he simply wanted to, then clarifies that he was in love with Jeanne so it's only natural. Vanitas swooning as he speaks recalls Jeanne's disturbed reaction when he kissed her and revels in the way his heart throbs at the memory, calling the emotion he feels "love." Noé stares. His mind spins in confusion and puzzlement, trying to decipher what Vanitas did to Jeanne and the word "love," unable to find the logic in that kiss. Hearing this, Vanitas smirks.
Vanitas ghosts his fingers over Noé lips and asks how interested he is in kissing. Noé stares at Vanitas in shock and Vanitas stares back with a satisfied smirk. Noé stops for a moment then covers his mouth with his palm bashfully. He calls Vanitas incomprehensible, making Vanitas laugh.
